Residential Refurbishment

We’re pleased to announce that planning has been secured for our residential refurbishment project and works on site will commence soon.

This investment site has been closed for over two years whilst ownership of the property changed and we were appointed to bring the work to completion. We soon discovered a number of challenges on site which have required us to redesign elements of the build and seek full planning permission once again.

We look forward to starting on site in August 2022.
